More about Abbie

Before I was a coach and workshop facilitator, I spent years growing and leading teams inside big corporates, scale-ups, and social enterprises. Very different organisations. One thing always the same, the power of the people inside them.

What lit me up wasn’t just delivering results. It was watching what happened when people felt safe to stretch, to speak up, to try something new. When strengths were realised. When values were lived. When people could be fully themselves and still deeply connected to the bigger picture. I was absolutely, and always have been, at my best, when I’m supporting others in creating moments that matter.

That’s the thread that runs through everything I do now.

I partner with individuals and teams to create that same kind of environment - one where people are clear on who they are, confident in what they bring and energised about where they’re heading. Where it matters.

I’ve done this work for myself too. I’ve asked the big questions. I’ve done the reflection. I’ve made the moves, including choosing to move from England to Sydney to create the life I really wanted.

It’s here that I’ve built a life I love, full of memories, bold decisions, two brilliantly independent daughters and a dog who thinks every day is the best day ever.

What drives me now is helping others carve out that kind of clarity for themselves and giving them the tools, the space and the support to act on it.

Because when people get clear on who they are and how they want to lead (in work and in life), everything starts to shift.
