I help people see things differently, so they can do something differently.
I’m an executive and leadership coach, leadership development consultant and team facilitator.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, human behaviour, team performance, career development and practical organisational change.
In practice, that means I work with leaders and teams when something needs to move.
It might be a leader wanting to grow, navigate complexity or work through a challenge.
A team that needs more trust, alignment or better conversations.
Or someone who knows they’re ready for a change in their career but can’t yet see what that looks like.
The bit I really love is seeing something shift. Someone opening up. Watching their thinking change as they see something differently. Or someone else in the room asking the question that helps another person see something they couldn’t see before.
My job is to create the conditions for those shifts to happen, through coaching, leadership development and team workshops, and then help turn the insight into something practical.
“I had the privilege of working with Abbie earlier this year. She has an amazing talent in getting people to understand themselves better, but also to understand the impact each of us have on others. My team and I really valued the sessions we had with Abbie, both as a collective and 1:1.”
One-on-one coaching
You might be stepping into something bigger, navigating complexity or questioning what you want next. Or perhaps nothing is particularly wrong, but you know something needs to shift.
Coaching gives you space to step out of the day-to-day, think clearly and work out what that shift needs to be. I’ll challenge your thinking, help you see what you might not be seeing, and support you to turn that clarity into action.
What we might work on
Stepping into a bigger role or leadership challenge
Understanding your impact and how you want to lead
Building confidence in the moments that stretch you
Navigating complexity, change or uncertainty
Having better conversations and building stronger relationships
Working through something that’s getting in the way
Getting clear on what you want next in your career
Turning that clarity into practical action
You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. Often, working out what’s really going on is part of the work.
I’ll bring challenge, curiosity and a different perspective. You bring what’s real. We work from there.
“Abbie’s ability to listen and understand is unparalleled. She has an innate ability to identify the root of a problem and provide practical, actionable solutions. Her insights are always spot-on, reflecting her extensive experience and deep knowledge in the field.”

Reclaim is my online, self-paced program for experienced professionals who know something needs to change, but aren’t yet sure what comes next.
Leadership development programs & team workshops
Leadership development programs and team workshops are most useful when they’re built around what’s actually happening in the organisation, not simply what’s on a standard agenda.
You might be developing a group of leaders, bringing a team back into alignment, navigating change, strengthening how people work together or creating space for conversations that aren’t happening in the day-to-day.
I work with you to understand what’s really going on, what you want to be different and what will help get you there. That might be a one-off workshop or offsite, a leadership development program over time, or a combination of facilitated sessions and coaching.
My work brings together leadership, human behaviour and practical application. People have space to think, challenge assumptions, learn from each other and leave clear on what they’ll do differently.
I have proven content and frameworks we can draw from, but the starting point is always your people, your context and what you’re trying to achieve.
We work out what needs to shift, then design the right way to move it forward.
“Abbie has facilitated a number of professional development and leadership development programs across some of our largest clients. With Abbie you can rest assured that her prep, delivery and follow up will be to a very high standard. The feedback from the sessions she has delivered has been stellar. Her ability to connect with every person in a workshop so they feel the learnings are connected to their personal goals is the secret to those high engagement scores and reviews.”
Signature Workshops
-

Team dynamics, strengths & working styles
Help your team better understand themselves and each other, and what happens when different styles, preferences and ways of working come together.
Using DISC behavioural profiling as a starting point, we explore the strengths within the team, where friction can show up, and how people can adapt to communicate and work more effectively together.
Outcomes
Greater understanding of individual and team strengths and working styles.
Better communication and stronger working relationships.
A shared language for navigating differences and working better together.
-

Leadership identity, self-awareness & influence
This isn't about teaching people a formula for leadership. It’s about helping leaders understand themselves, recognise the impact they have on others and become more intentional about how they lead.
Through reflection, practical tools and conversations with others, leaders explore what they bring at their best, what can get in their way, and how they can adapt their approach to the people and situations around them.
Outcomes
Greater clarity and confidence in who they are as a leader.
Increased self-awareness and understanding of their impact on others.
Greater ability to adapt, influence and lead intentionally in different situations.
-

Values, behaviours & alignment
Values are only useful if they show up in how people actually work.
This workshop brings teams together to explore what their values mean in practice and translate them into clear, observable behaviours. We look at what each value looks like when it’s working well, where the gaps might be, and what people need to do more, less or differently to genuinely bring those values to life.
Outcomes
A shared understanding of what your values mean in practice.
Clear, observable behaviours that bring each value to life.
Greater ownership and accountability for how people work together.
More about Abbie
Before I became a coach, program designer and facilitator, I spent years working inside organisations, building teams, leading people and figuring out how to get good work done through others.
I’ve worked across big corporates, growing businesses and purpose-led organisations. Very different environments, but the thing I’ve always been most curious about is people. What makes us tick, what brings out our best, what gets in our way and why some teams thrive while others struggle.
That curiosity eventually became the work I do today.
I bring real-world leadership and organisational experience alongside my background in human behaviour and coaching. I understand the realities of leading people, competing priorities, organisational tensions and trying to make change happen when there’s still a day job to do.
Outside work, I’ve made a few big choices of my own. Nearly 20 years ago, I moved from England to Sydney because I wanted to build a different kind of life. I’m still here, with a family I adore, two brilliantly independent daughters and a dog who believes every day is the best day ever.
I’m naturally curious, pretty practical and always interested in what sits beneath the obvious answer. I care deeply about the work I do, but I don’t believe development needs to feel heavy.
Good conversations, a bit of challenge, plenty of humanity, and something useful to take away. That’s generally where I start.
